September 21, 2013 Houston Texas (KHOU) – Police have charged a teenager with the murder of a Subway customer on Tuesday.
Dante Wayne Talbert, 17, is charged with capital murder in the deadly shooting that took place in southeast Houston. He is being held without bond.
Investigators are questioning a second person.
A customer was shot dead at the scene when he struggled with the robbers.
Police believe the duo is responsible for a robbery at CiCi’s Pizza in the Heights on Thursday and a second Subway robbery in the Heights on Wednesday.
