September 11, 2013 New Orleans, Louisiana (NOPD8DIU) New Orleans police are looking for a black man who robbed a Marigny po-boy shop early Monday morning. A man entered Gene’s Po-Boys, at 1040 Elysian Fields Ave., about 3 a.m. and placed an order.
After ordering, the man insinuated he had a gun, and told the cashier to hand over money, police said. The cashier complied and the robber fled. He was last seen heading southbound on Elysian Fields Avenue, police said.
